Deer meat processing is being developed in Yamal

In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, a production site for the processing of venison was launched. The Payuta meat processing complex has been launched, according to the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The workshop has two production lines. The first line is for the processing of reindeer meat, where meat delicacies, semi-finished products and sausages are produced, in total about 500 tons per year. The second line processes waste from the main production, which will allow the production of up to a thousand tons of animal feed annually.

The Ministry of Agriculture notes that in this way a practically waste-free production cycle is organized. Now the workshop is operating in a test mode, industrial batches of products will begin to be produced in the fall.
