At the revived Obsharovskaya poultry farm, they decided to start with the production of goose meat

Some plans of the investor who bought the Obsharov poultry farm and started its revival became known.

— LLC "Holding " Amar Group "" carried out a trial planting of 1500 heads of geese. The volume of production of poultry meat for slaughter in live weight amounted to 101 centners. The investor has prepared a project implementation plan with the reconstruction of existing facilities, poultry houses, an incubator building, a slaughterhouse and a feed mill, a financial model and a business plan for the project have been developed, and a search is underway for sources of project financing, the response of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Samara Region to a request from 63.RU says.

The department also explained that the main producer of poultry meat in the Samara region is Timashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC. The volume of production of the enterprise is more than 48 thousand tons of poultry for slaughter in live weight, or 87% of the total volume of poultry meat produced by farms of all categories of the region. The incomplete self-sufficiency of the region with poultry meat is fully compensated for by imports from neighboring regions.

The Obsharov poultry farm is known to the residents of the Samara region by the brand "Chick from Obsharovka". The enterprise was located in the village of Obsharovka and employed about 1,000 people.

The factory (LLC "Tsypochka") was part of the agricultural holding "Tsypochka" of the famous Samara entrepreneur Boris Volkov. It has been out of business since early 2014. Prior to this, the company produced about 13 tons of meat per year and occupied 40% of the local market. But then the factory had an accounts payable of 900 million rubles. The company entered bankruptcy proceedings.

In 2018, the factory was bought out by the local Amar Group Holding LLC, which specializes in the wholesale trade of meat and meat products. The general director of the company, which is registered in Samara, is Raif Safin.
