The shareholder of the Rostov holding "VEPOZ" challenged the liquidation of the meat processing plant

The VEPOZ group of companies was founded in 1993 by entrepreneurs from Rostov-on-Don Nikolai Velichko, Petr Polyanichko and Pavel Zarudny. As the holding developed, it united a slaughterhouse, a meat processing plant, where more than 100 types of meat products were produced, a branded retail network and its own advertising agency.

After the death of two co-founders, a reorganization was carried out. Pavel Zarudniy headed the VEPOZ Trading House LLC, and the widow of his partner, Irina Velichko, headed the VEPOZ Company CJSC. Today's plaintiff Viktor Polyanichko is the heir of Petr Polyanichko with a 12% stake in the authorized capital of CJSC VEPOZ. According to its representatives, the family has not received dividends since the beginning of 2014, and they were not allowed to manage the company.

The decision to liquidate the meat processing plant of VEPOZ CJSC was made on May 16, 2023, although the enterprise remained quite viable: in 2021–2022, it received 16.1 million and 130 thousand rubles of net profit, respectively, follows from the data of the SPARK-Interfax system.

The court session on the suit of Viktor Polyanichko is scheduled for October 12.
