The prosecutor's office of the Chernsky district of the Tula region conducted an investigation into the death of 150 cows. The incident happened in April this year. One and a half hundred corpses of animals were found in the field.

it was found that the HEAD of the peasant farms in the village of Kalna, Chernsky district, placed biological waste (corpses of cattle) on the soil.

At the same time, the entrepreneur did not notify the regulatory authorities about the death of livestock, and did not take preventive measures. He also kept livestock in violation of the requirements of veterinary legislation.

Based on the results of the audit, the prosecutor's office took a set of response measures and imposed a fine of 53,000 rubles on the accused under the administrative code.

The prosecutor's office also notes that the department is under control of a criminal case initiated on the fact of cruelty to animals.
