The prosecutor's office of the Chernsky district of the Tula region conducted an investigation into the death of 150 cows. The incident happened in April this year. One and a half hundred corpses of animals were found in the field.

Based on the results of the audit, the prosecutor's office took a set of response measures and imposed a fine of 53,000 rubles on the accused under the administrative code.

The prosecutor's office also notes that the department is under control of a criminal case initiated on the fact of cruelty to animals.
