Richemont has sold a minority stake in Swiss watchmaker Greubel Forsey to founders Robert and Stephen Forsey and CEO Antonio Calce. it is reported by BLOOMBERG.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Richemont bought this stake in 2006. Its buyout by the founders of the company is a trend characteristic of some high-end brands that, in the current conditions, are striving for complete control over their production, the agency notes.
