22 drunk drivers detained in Minsk over the weekend

November 22, Minsk. Over the past weekend, 157 accidents were registered in Minsk, in which one person died and two were injured. 22 drivers were detained for driving while intoxicated , 44 were fined for speeding. BelTA was informed about this by the UGAI GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Employees of the traffic police prevented 81 facts of driving vehicles without rights. 106 drivers were detained for violations of the rules of passage of pedestrian crossings.

Violated the rules of the road 432 pedestrians, of which 58 were intoxicated.

The state traffic inspectorate calls on all road users to strictly observe traffic rules and recommends remembering road safety measures.
