MART proposes to discuss the legal regulation of the production of original alcoholic beverages

December 28, Minsk. The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade submits for public discussion a draft resolution of the Council of Ministers "On changing the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated January 20, 2022 No. 32", which involves changes in the legal regulation of the production of original alcoholic beverages by legal entities, BelTA learned from the press service of MART.

The discussion is held in order to ensure a comprehensive legal regulation of relations in the field of production of original alcoholic beverages. In particular, it is proposed to determine the frequency of changes in the list of legal entities producing such drinks in cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves, other objects of Belarus in order to recreate the completeness of Belarusian national traditions, eliminate legal uncertainty when including legal entities created as a result of reorganization, amendments to the list in connection with a change in the name of a legal entity previously included in the list,

Comments and suggestions on the draft resolution can be sent from December 29, 2022 to January 8, 2023 to the Legal Forum of Belarus.
