Currently, the enterprise's technologist is testing the new product and developing a recipe. In the coming months, the product may appear on the shelves of Yamal stores. The lyophilizer was purchased using funds from the district subsidy .
District agricultural enterprises confidently ensure food security in Yamal. Northerners have easy access to high-quality, healthy finished products and semi-finished products made from venison. This is a traditional branch of agriculture for the region, which is actively supported by the District Government.
Over the past five years, the region has doubled the volume of procurement and 1.5 times increased the volume of venison processing. Modernization of workshops and equipment of Yamal producers will further increase this figure. The volumes of deliveries of delicacies and semi-finished products made from venison to kindergartens, schools and medical institutions of the district are growing.
Famous Russian restaurateurs are showing interest in Yamal venison. Today, dishes made from Yamal venison can be tried in restaurants in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities of Russia.
