Thanks to the opening of new express testing points for CORONAVIRUS infection, its volumes have more than doubled. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova, her words are reported by the press service of the mayor's office.

According to Rakova, there are now 71 express testing points for coronavirus in Moscow. More than 7,000 citizens take tests every day. In total, about 200 thousand people passed express testing in public places.

“Thanks to this practice, the detection of people with the disease in the early stages or who are asymptomatic has increased. This helps to start treatment in a timely manner and interrupt the chains of the spread of the virus,” said the Deputy Mayor.

At the end of October, free express testing points were launched at five stations of the Moscow metro: Pushkinskaya (Tverskaya), Turgenevskaya, Khoroshevskaya, Mayakovskaya and Tretyakovskaya. The HEAD of the deptrans, Maxim Liksutov, said that the service is in demand among passengers.
