Three cases of infection with the Omicron strain were found in Cyprus

The Ministry of HEALTH of Cyprus announced the discovery of three cases of infection with a new strain of CORONAVIRUS "omicron", according to Kathimerini.

According to the publication, children living in the province of Limassol became infected. Upon arrival in Cyprus, the patients passed a PCR test, which gave a negative result, the newspaper writes. However, five days later, the first symptoms appeared.
