Employees of 20% of companies in Russia do not feel any psychological problems due to the crisis. What have employers done to help staff deal with stress?

Since the end of February 2022, Russians have begun to experience increased stress at work. For example, the research center "Zarplaty.ru" in the course of a survey conducted in March among 1890 residents of the country revealed that more than half of Russians (55%) noticed that the situation at work had become tense. According to a survey of the HeadHunter.ru online recruiting platform conducted in the spring, 52% of applicants admitted that in March-April 2022, their stress increased, they became more nervous. Managers often complained about apathy in the team - in a situation of uncertainty, employees lost initiative, preferred to sit back and wait for changes for the worse.

All the more surprising were the figures of a study conducted in June-July of this year by Kontakt InterSearch Russia among 643 top managers of Russian companies. If 72% of respondents admitted that the increased level of employee anxiety has become the main problem that business has faced in recent months, then as many as 20% of respondents noted that there were no new problems. Personnel officers interviewed by RBC said that employers who have managed to protect employees from stress most often have a number of unique differences compared to other companies. What do they do differently than everyone else?
