According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, as of November 1, there were 1,634.6 thousand cows in Ukraine, of which 421.6 thousand were in agricultural enterprises and 1,214 thousand in households. – PioneerProduct

During the year, the number of cows kept in the households of the population decreased most noticeably: by 8%, and the reduction occurred in all regions of the country and in general the number of cows in this category as of November 1 amounted to 1 million 214 thousand.

Agricultural enterprises in Ukraine as a whole reduced the number of livestock by 0.2% over the year, but at the same time, 2 regions (Zakarpattia and Khmelnitsky) kept it at the level of last year, and in 9 regions even increased from 1.5% to 12%:
