The jury, which included representatives of regional market regulators, lecturers from the Ural State University of Economics, merchandisers of retail chains and technologists of specialized enterprises, noted the high quality of Bavarian sausages, semi-smoked sausage Krakowska (GOST), raw smoked sausages Salchichon and Chorizo ". All samples of the products of the local Sibagro MEAT processing plant are recognized as the best in their categories.

The experts evaluated the appearance, texture, smell and taste, and according to the sum of all criteria, the Salchichon raw smoked sausage from Sibagro received 57.14 points out of the maximum 58, said Lyudmila Rasova, chairman of the organizing committee of the festival.

DIRECTOR of the Ural Meat Processing Plant Roman Khairulin said that the company began producing Salchichon and Chorizo ​​from its own raw materials and according to its own recipe in 2021. In two years they have become bestsellers, and now the production volume has exceeded a ton per day. Premium sausages are sold in branded retail and stores of the region's leading retailers: Lente, Monetka and Kirovsky. For supermarkets, packaging in a mini-format of 160 grams has been developed.

The awards give the Ural Meat Processing Plant the right to use gold medals and the emblem of the festival when designing packaging.
