The deli manufacturer did not list all the meats used

The central market of Arkhangelsk underwent a major check: employees of the Severomorsky interregional department of Rosselkhoznadzor studied the products that one of the private entrepreneurs traded.

He sold delicacies to residents and guests of the city: basturma, carpaccio, sausage, bear meat stew, which were produced in the Moscow region. However, it turned out that these products were not so refined.

- It was found that the company in the production of its products uses other raw materials (beef, pork, broiler chicken meat), not specified in the composition of the products, and also manufactures products from an illogical amount of raw materials. In the production of "Bear Stew" in the amount of 325 kg, frozen block bear meat in the amount of 11.2 kilograms and blocks of trimmed beef frozen in the amount of 311 kilograms were used. Beef is not listed on the official website as part of the product, the North Sea Interregional Department of Rosselkhoznadzor reported.

An entrepreneur from Arkhangelsk was warned about the responsibility for distributing products with incorrect labels.
