
November 23, Minsk. Hooligans who jumped on the hood of someone else's car were detained in the Minsk region. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.
"A resident of the agricultural town of Kolodishchi turned to the Minsk police department, who explained that an unknown person had damaged the hood and roof of his car. In hot pursuit, law enforcement officers managed to identify hooligans. They turned out to be two local residents aged 16 and 22," the police department said.
As it turned out, after drinking ALCOHOL, young people went to the store. In the courtyard of the house, they climbed onto the hood of a parked car and began to jump. The reason for his act was explained by the amount of alcohol he had drunk. Previously, the defendants were not brought to criminal responsibility.
Investigators opened a criminal case against the suspects under Part 1 of Article 339 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides for community service, or a fine, or correctional labor for a term of up to two years, or arrest, or restriction of liberty for a term of up to two years, or imprisonment for a term of up to three years.
