March 4, MINSK. Over the past 24 hours, 9 drivers have been detained in Minsk for driving while intoxicated. BelTA was informed about this by the UGAI GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
34 facts of driving vehicles by lawless people were suppressed. 13 pedestrians were found to be under the influence of ALCOHOL .
