According to the results of a medical examination, 2.13 ppm of alcohol was detected in the blood of the person responsible for the accident. In addition, it was established that the man never received a driver's license.

Zavodskiy (Minsk) ROSC initiated a criminal case against the driver under Part 1 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code, and also compiled several administrative materials for violations of traffic rules.
