Russia has begun to assist the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) in restoring infrastructure, the first convoy of equipment and specialists has already arrived in the region. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin on his Telegram channel.

“We have begun active assistance to the LPR in restoring infrastructure! The first convoy of 70 vehicles and about 350 specialists arrived in the region today! There are plans to repair housing, roads and infrastructure,” he wrote.

“This is just the first step,” he said. He promised to continue to cooperate with the authorities of the republic.
