The day before, in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, three couriers were detained who were selling fake COVID certificates. The detentions took place on Veteranov Avenue, near the Devyatkino metro station and in the Frunzensky district.
For all three episodes, criminal cases were initiated under Part 1 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code.
