According to RBC Company, Mikhail Zvinchuk is the CEO and co-founder of Rybar LLC. In 2022, Zvinchuk joined the working group on mobilization and social support for special operation participants, established by President Vladimir Putin .
RUSSIA considers Western sanctions illegal and restrictive measures against Russian media in Europe a violation of freedom of speech. The Foreign Ministry, in response to the Western sanctions, says they will be met with a reciprocal response.
