December 8, MINSK . A drunk teenager broke the windows of a car, climbed inside, and fell asleep. A criminal case has been opened, BelTA learned from the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Police received a report from a Minsk resident that an unknown person was sleeping in his parked car. A patrol squad from the Pervomaisky District Police Department of Minsk arrived at the scene. Officers found a 16-year-old teenager inside the car. He was found in a drunken state.While intoxicated , he smashed the car's windows, broke into the car, and fell asleep.

He now faces compensation for the damages, the amount of which is being determined.

A criminal case has been opened against the teenager for hooliganism, and an administrative citation has been issued for appearing in a public place while intoxicated.
