A group of experts will be formed at the office of the President of Ukraine to assess the effect of anti-Russian sanctions. This was announced by the Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky during his next video message.

“We are creating a group of Ukrainian and international experts under the president’s office who will analyze the sanctions imposed against Russia on an ongoing basis , what they really affect,” Zelensky said.

The head of state noted that experts, including foreign ones, will have to monitor the effectiveness of the restrictions, "so that there is no way to bypass them."

The Japanese government has previously announced its intention to revise the law on foreign exchange in order to prevent circumvention of sanctions against Russia.
