The buildings of the "Bagaevsky cannery" put up for auction for ₽69.3 million

The property complex of the Bagaevsky Cannery was put up for auction in one lot for 69.3 million rubles. The relevant information is published on the website of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information.

According to the appraiser's report, buildings and structures of the light, food, microbiological, flour-grinding, cereal, feed and medical industries with a total value of 34.7 million rubles, construction in progress in the amount of 33.2 million rubles and land plots for 1.3 million rub. The entire property complex is for sale as a single lot.

Earlier, RBC Rostov reported that in June 2018, the former DIRECTOR of the Bagaevsky Cannery was charged with abuse of power. According to investigators, he entered into transactions with affiliated legal entities "in the absence of economic feasibility." As a result, the plant suffered damage in the amount of more than 40 million rubles, which aggravated the financial situation of the enterprise.

The observation procedure was introduced at the Bagaevsky Cannery in June 2017. The Federal Tax Service filed an application to declare the company bankrupt.

CJSC "Bagaevsky Cannery" was registered in the Rostov region in 2006. The main activity is the processing and canning of vegetables and mushrooms. The plant's revenue for 2017 amounted to 367.7 million rubles, the company's loss. Revenue in 2019 decreased to 989 thousand rubles, the loss amounted to 29.2 million rubles.
