The Khao Chi company produces meat products according to traditional Chinese recipes in Chita

The products of Hao Chi LLC are made according to traditional Chinese recipes from MEAT and offal. Last year, the company supported the regional engineering center FRP, which accompanied the testing, certification of production and registration of technical passports for products. The company employs citizens of RUSSIA and CHINA.

Chinese dumplings under the brand name “Khao Chi” (which means “tasty” in Russian) in the shape of a crescent contain a bouquet of seasonings and spices that are not typical for Russian cuisine. They are served with soy sauce. Juicy fillings are made from meat combined with celery, mushrooms, dill, carrots and wild garlic, shrimp and chicken eggs. The company produces seven different variants. In addition, the assortment includes pork ears and legs, pork knuckle and boiled beef. The total production volume is about 40 tons per year.

According to the General DIRECTOR of Hao Chi LLC Zou Hong, the products of the workshop are made from high-quality natural raw materials with certificates confirming their safety. All types of products have declarations of conformity with the technical regulations of the EAEU. Laboratory examination of samples is carried out regularly. So far, the products of TM "Khao Chi" are sold only in the Trans-Baikal Territory, but the development plans include expanding the product line and entering markets outside the region.
