So, a small text about the farmer Igor Dmitriev, an old friend of our portal.
The main activity of Igor's farm is the production of seed garlic. This business did not start easy: when Igor thought about the development of this direction, he could not find any high-quality information about this simple, seemingly business - to plant garlic. But everything turned out to be much more complicated - this is a very narrow specialization, and most of the methods of working with garlic, inherited from Soviet times, are simply outdated.

Then Igor decided to go for broke. He contacted a major Spanish manufacturer of agricultural equipment specializing in garlic and onion planting and made an offer that he was ready to purchase the entire line of equipment, provided that the company organizes a garlic production training with site visits in Spain.

When Igor returned from a business trip with new knowledge and equipment, the question arose of which garlic to grow and which variety to choose so that it would meet all the necessary high-yielding qualities and feel good in the difficult Ural climate.
In this matter, one of the leading scientists in this direction, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor and longtime friend of pionerprodukt.by, Vladimir Grigoryevich Suzan, came to the rescue, who selected the necessary varieties, including those bred personally. Now Vladimir Grigorievich continues the scientific support of Igor's farm, moreover, the joint varieties "Shadeika" and "Kungursky" have already been registered. In our opinion, very good cooperation has turned out: Igor's creative life energy is complemented by Vladimir Grigoryevich's high-quality scientific approach, resulting in a synergistic effect.

Igor's technical abilities allowed him not only to mechanize the process with the help of Spanish JJ BROCH equipment, but also to establish his own production of an experimental cultivator, which:
- adapted to our conditions
- 100% consists of domestic components
- costs two times cheaper than foreign counterparts.
This cultivator eliminates the application of herbicides, which makes garlic seeds environmentally friendly.
