The US Treasury has reduced the term of licenses for commercial vehicle manufacturer GAZ Group. Permits will be valid until April 27, 2022, follows from the message of the department.

This decision was made due to tensions in relations between Russia and Ukraine, according to Reuters. Previously, licenses were issued for a year, the term expires on Wednesday, January 26. Now it was only released for 90 days.

“Further extension will depend on the behavior of Russia,” said a Finance Ministry official.
