Voronezh authorities announced the work of cemeteries "to the limit"

Cemeteries in the Voronezh region are working at the limit due to an increase in deaths from the CORONAVIRUS. This was reported in the press service of the regional government in TELEGRAM.

“The administration of the city cemeteries of Voronezh is working at the limit of personnel, organizational and technical capabilities,” the report says.

The government noted that earlier in Voronezh there were an average of 700 burials per month, but in 2021 their number increased. So, in January and March there were 900 burials each, in February - 800 burials, since July - more than 1 thousand. In October, 1070 burials were registered, taking into account the fact that only in the first five days of the month there were 282 of them.

According to the press service, 709 people fell ill with COVID-19 in Voronezh over the past day. This is the highest number of people infected during the pandemic. The previous maximum was recorded on October 20, when the number of cases was 698 people.
