Revaccination against COVID-19 has begun in Moscow clinics . Earlier that it will be possible to sign up for the procedure from July 5, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Those who were vaccinated with the domestic vaccine or had COVID-19 six months ago will be able to undergo revaccination; for this, the Sputnik V or Sputnik Light vaccines are now available in Moscow. According to Sobyanin, doctors expect that “under normal conditions” vaccination will be carried out once a year, but “taking into account the tense epidemiological situation,” doctors now recommend a re-vaccination six months after the first vaccination.

From July 1, it is also possible to re-vaccinate without an appointment in one of the eight pavilions of Healthy Moscow located in the Tsaritsyno and Mitino city parks, at VDNKh, in the Sokolniki and Khodynskoye Pole parks, in the recreation area " Meshcherskoe", in the park along Olonetsky passage and in Izmailovsky park. The pavilions are open from 8:00 to 22:00.
