More than 100 patients with COVID-19 are on mechanical ventilation in Kuban hospitals

For the second day in a row, 254 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the Krasnodar Territory. 101 patients are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, 7 on ECMO, according to the regional operational headquarters for coronavirus.

Most infections per day occurred in Krasnodar - 72 cases. There are 26 infected in the Labinsky district, 19 in Temryuksky, 13 in Sochi, 12 in the Kushchevsky district, and 11 in Mostovsky. 8 - in Timashevsky district.

7 people fell ill in Anapa and the Korenovsky district, 6 each in the Dinskoy and Krasnoarmeisky districts. 5 new patients each in Apsheronsky, Tuapse and Beloglinsky districts, 4 each in Gulkevichsky and Pavlovsky districts. Three people became infected with COVID-19 in the Vyselkovsky district, one case each in the Krylovsky and Slavyansky districts, as well as in Gelendzhik.

Over the entire period of the pandemic, 470,396 people have applied to medical organizations of the region with suspected coronavirus. 4834152 studies were carried out in the laboratories of the region. The incidence rate per 100 thousand of the population is 1383.

57,532 patients recovered from coronavirus, 6,934 died. Today, 3,345 people are treated in hospitals, 10,792 at home.
