The number of cases of COVID-19 in the Kuban exceeded 80 thousand people

As of October 26, 260 people fell ill with coronavirus in the Krasnodar Territory. The total number of confirmed cases was 80165, follows from the data of the regional operational headquarters.

Over the past day, 59 cases of coronavirus were detected in Krasnodar, 29 in Sochi, 21 in the Apsheron region, and 20 in the Leningrad region. 18 residents fell ill in Anapa, 12 in Armavir, 11 in Goryachiy Klyuch, and 10 in Krasnoarmeisky.

8 new patients each in Novorossiysk and Labinsk district, 7 each in Korenovsky, Kushchevsky, Mostovsky. In the Pavlovsky district, 5 infected. In Otradnensky, Dinsky, Yeisk and Uspensky districts - 4. In Abinsky, Belorechensky, Seversky, Slavyansky districts, three cases were confirmed. In Kurganinsky, Tikhoretsky - 2 each. Another case in Gelendzhik, Bryukhovetsky, Caucasian, Kalininsky, Gulkevichevsky and Novokubansky municipalities.

110 people are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, 6 are on ECMO. 74 patients have been discharged with recovery, a total of 57,961 people since the beginning of the pandemic. It was not possible to save 7174 residents, 40 of them - in a day.

Over the entire period , 487,045 people applied to medical institutions with suspected COVID-19 . Laboratories conducted 4,918,197 tests, 11,512 of them in the last 24 hours.
