In Krasnodar, on April 12, a contractor was appointed to perform work on the improvement of Nikolaevsky Boulevard in the Gidrostroiteley microdistrict, follows from the data of the public procurement portal.

The maximum price of the contract was 262.8 million rubles. In total, two applications for participation in the procurement were submitted. The participant who offered the lowest price of 260 million rubles won.

The project for the improvement of the boulevard was developed by the specialists of the "Center for Gardening and Ecology" based on the sketch of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, prepared taking into account the wishes of the residents of the Gidrostroiteley microdistrict. The organization has been involved in public procurement since 2017. Among the counterparties are the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the administration of the Pavlovsky rural settlement, the Federal State Budgetary Institution Kubanmeliovodkhoz and others. Most of the contracts concerned the construction of water facilities.

In accordance with the terms of reference, the improvement of the boulevard is being carried out as part of the implementation of the program "Formation of a Modern Urban Environment" for 2022. The execution of the contract consists of seven stages. Work will begin immediately after the conclusion of the contract, and will be completed by November 15, 2022.

As part of the improvement, it is planned to lay tiles, organize street lighting, arrange pergolas, an amphitheater, multi-tiered flower beds, benches, bins, fences for walking dogs. The contractor will have to plant a total of 410 trees, including ornamental cherries, plums, plane trees, magnolias, pears, apple trees, gingko biloba, spruce and other plants.

Difficulties in translation

At the end of 2020, the boundaries of Nikolaevsky Boulevard were determined and approved by the decision of the City Duma. But it was not possible to start reconstruction. Krasnodar Mayor Evgeny Pervyshov then explained that the delay in the implementation of the project was due to the collection of all land in this zone and the difficulties of transferring it from private to municipal property.

“We made every effort to collect the sites into a single chain. Because of this, we lost a little time, but won the territory that will be landscaped, ”the head of Krasnodar, Evgeny Pervyshov, said then.

In the first days of 2021, it was planned to put the site on the cadastral register and transfer it to the city for unlimited use. Toward the end of the year, the possibility of starting a large landscaping project was discussed.

In February 2022, it became known that the improvement of Nikolaevsky Boulevard would begin in the spring. About 202 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the project from the federal budget, 8.5 million rubles from the regional budget and 52.5 million rubles from local budgets.
