Part of the assets of the Association of Commercial and Industrial Enterprises (ATPP) Osha Group, which is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, was acquired by Alexey Shapovalov, a Samara businessman now living in the United Arab Emirates.

According to data published in the federal bankruptcy register, Alexey Shapovalov and companies affiliated with him entered into several purchase and sale transactions.

On his own behalf, the entrepreneur bought a pig-breeding complex for 122.2 million rubles. The Absolut company, founded by him in Samara, acquired a production site with poultry houses for the parent flock, which is pledged by the Russian Agricultural Bank, for 14.6 million rubles. A land plot with an area of ​​322,579 square meters for 12.1 million rubles became the property of another enterprise founded by Shapovalov - Stone LLC.

Alexey Shapovalov rose in the 1990s. Engaged in tobacco and gambling business. He owns the Samara Central Department Store, the Press House and other large real estate objects. His wife, former model Ksenia Tsaritsyna, was born in Omsk.
