When examining samples of frozen boneless semi-finished MEAT products of category A from beef and pork, produced in Chelyabinsk by Ural Bogatyr LLC, bacteria from the Escherichia coli group were found. The number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (CMAFAnM) exceeded the maximum permissible level.
During the examination of the Domestic mantas produced by Ural-Snab LLC in the city of Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk region, specialists from the Sverdlovsk branch of the Federal Center for Animal HEALTH (ARRIAH) found pathogenic bacteria of the genus Salmonella. Semi-finished products were stored in the warehouse of FL-Center LLC in Yekaterinburg.
At the initiative of the ANO “Russian Quality System” (Roskachestvo), certified experts took samples of “Classical” dumplings of category B from Chelyabinsk LLC “Ural Dumplings Factory” in Moscow stores. Gorbatov found that their filling contains starch and poultry meat that was not declared during labeling .
The agency informed unscrupulous manufacturers about the identified violations and issued a warning with recommendations to promptly take measures to eliminate them, strengthen quality control in production and not release remaining products into commercial circulation.
As a result, a number of declarations of the Ural-Snab company were terminated: for dumplings “Amateur” and “Novorussian” categories B, “Traditional”, “Classic” and “Sourceful” categories B, manti and khinkali under the general name “Homemade”, and also one of the types of semi-finished products of Ural Dumplings Factory LLC.
