In Germany, the method of keeping livestock will be reported on the labeling of meat

The opposition in parliament said that few consumers would buy higher grade meat, and the money promised by the government would only be enough for one farmer in 40. Opinions have also been voiced about the level of animal farming on organic farms. Some experts argue that traditional farms are much more likely to provide favorable conditions for keeping animals than converted ones.

Animal rights activists are also dissatisfied with the new law. “The law will not improve the life of any animal.
