Marble beef using Japanese technology will be produced in Dmitrov



The construction of a farm for breeding cows of the Hereford breed is planned in the Dmitrovsky district. According to Japanese technologies , premium quality MEAT will be produced here for restaurants in Moscow and the Moscow region.

The project is implemented by KFH "Absolute products". The farm intends to cross the Hereford cows with the Japanese Wagyu breed. This will improve the quality of meat and get a unique product. The Wagyu breed is the collective name for breeds bred in Japan. Animals can be of different colors, while their meat is distinguished by high marbling and excellent taste. Such beef is very expensive and is considered one of the best dietary products in the world.

The farm will pay special attention to animal nutrition. Red clover, vetch-oat mixture, perennial cereals will be grown on the lands. Part of the feed will be bought in addition. Keeping animals is another important part of the project. Investors are going to purchase equipment for daily massage of cows. In summer, free walking on pastures is planned, and in winter - keeping warm without a leash.

This year, 5.1 billion rubles will be allocated to support the agro-industrial complex of the Moscow region for 32 types of subsidies.
