On November 29, a new video was released on our channel : Top 10 Lambs by Taste: Which Lamb is the Tastiest? The question is closed! Tasting for gourmets and professionals
PIONERPRODUKT.by continues the super-series on identifying the most delicious lamb in Kazakhstan, which was held jointly with sheep breeding scientists and specialists from the enterprise TOO Alakol-Agro.
This is the fifth, final part of the video in which we will taste the MEAT and broth from rams of ten different breeds and crosses.
For tasting, the same loin was selected from each carcass. The meat was cooked without SALT or any spices. Only water and meat!
We thought that it would be very difficult for the experts to taste all ten breeds of lamb with broth at once, so we divided the tasting into three stages so that the taste buds of our experts would be cleared.
The tasting itself was blind, the experts did not know which meat was in which plate. And when announcing the results, we named the winning breeds so that you, the viewers, could immediately understand who our experts were voting for. The experts also expressed their opinion on why this or that sample received more points. What they liked about the meat and broth, and what they didn’t.
At the end of the video, we will summarize the results of our unique event, and also talk to the chef who accurately determined the winner just by looking at the carcasses!
Here are the breeds and crosses of meat that were presented at our tasting.
