In the Sverdlovsk region, in January-March 2021, 18.3 thousand tons of poultry MEAT and edible offal were produced, which is 18.5% less compared to the same period last year.
it should be noted that in January-February 2021, there was also a decrease in the production of poultry meat and edible offal compared to the same period last year. Then it was 28.1%.
According to Sverdlovskstat, the production of bread and bakery products (including semi-finished products) from foodstuffs also decreased by 4.4% over the year.
In addition, a strong decline in production affected such types of industrial products as ceramic tiles for floors (minus 20.6%), fibreboard made of wood or other lignified materials (minus 16.5%), as well as non-refractory building ceramic bricks (minus 8 ,8%).
At the same time, according to statistics, during the specified period, the production of wooden doors, their frames and thresholds (plus 28.2%), longitudinally sawn or split timber (plus 8.8%), as well as unalloyed steel in ingots or in other primary forms and semi-finished products from unalloyed steel (plus 8.7%).
Among food products in the region, non-alcoholic beverages began to be produced more (plus 30.6%), as well as pork (except offal) (plus 21.4%).
