The Rosselkhoznadzor Office revealed the fact of a change in the type of products by an enterprise in the Moscow Region

The violation was committed by Rastling LLC (Moscow region), which received 84 tons of frozen buffalo MEAT, according to paper veterinary accompanying documents from an enterprise of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
Subsequently, buffalo meat was entered by authorized persons of Rastling LLC into the product journal of the FGIS "Mercury" as a product of "frozen boneless beef". On the basis of these records, production certificates were issued, in which the name of the produced product indicated: “beef, frozen shank”.
Further, the leading veterinarian of the Territorial Veterinary Administration No. 2 of the Dmitrov Veterinary Station issued veterinary and accompanying documents for sending the specified products to the address of the enterprise of the Republic of Belarus*.*
After revealing the above facts, the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR restricted access to the passport component of the FSIS "VetIS" to authorized persons of the LLC "Rastling" enterprise; the veterinarian of the Dmitrov Veterinary Station was reprimanded, and outgoing veterinary documents were also annulled.
At the moment, the products are in isolated storage at the warehouse of Rustling LLC.
The Department of Rosselkhoznadzor took samples of products for research on safety indicators and species affiliation of meat products in the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VGNKI" subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor.
