Chicken slaughter in Brazil breaks record in Q1 2021

Brazil reports that chicken slaughter hit a record in Q1 2021. "As chicken MEAT exports remained at reasonable levels this quarter, we can assume that a significant portion of this increase was for domestic consumption," the report said. An increase in chick slaughter was noted in 19 of the 25 regions that participated in the survey.
