The regional representative office of the Rusagro holding, the Tambovsky Bacon company, after the reconstruction of the workshops, launched a new line for the production of semi-finished products at a MEAT processing plant in the village of Borshchevka
The traditional assortment of the Slovo Myasnik brand line of chilled meat (ham, bacon, carbonade, steaks, shish kebab, pork ribs, kupaty and other grilled products) was supplemented with new products, such as burger patties. After the launch of the line, the output will increase by 1.5 times - up to 120 tons per day. it is intended not only for the domestic market of the Tambov region, but also for other regions of Central RUSSIA.
The number of employees of the meat processing plant Tambov Bacon LLC exceeded 2,000 people. According to Yevgeny Sluchevsky, DIRECTOR General of Rusagro's meat business, the expansion of the chilled semi-finished products shop will open another 200 vacancies with all social guarantees and the possibility of continuous professional development.
Alexei Startsev, the director of the meat processing plant at Tambov Bacon LLC, noted that most of the employees in managerial positions have grown up within the company. People come, learn and stay in business for a long time.
Now, next to experienced specialists, trainees are working at the conveyor. In two months, they will pass the first class exam and become completely independent, but the process of professional training will not end there. In the future, the Rusagro plant in Borshchevka is seen as a point of concentration and development of new technologies for the meat industry.
