"Russian Agrarian Group" is building a modern complex for slaughtering and meat processing

This enterprise will process MEAT grown on the holding's own farms. The combined slaughter line will have a capacity of 120 pigs per hour or 12 cattle per hour. In the first stage, which is planned for 2024, the main product will be half-carcass meat. it is expected that this meat will be sold to meat processing plants and large retail chains.

At the second stage, which is planned for 2025, it is planned to build a deboning shop with a capacity of up to 100 tons per shift. This workshop will produce semi-finished products such as minced meat, bacon, cutlets, marinated meat, slices and other products.

In addition, the future complex will have a multi-stage cleaning system. Some concrete tanks have already been built. On the territory of the enterprise there will also be an administrative and amenity complex, including an office, a first-aid post, a catering unit and a laundry.

Upon completion of construction and reaching full capacity, the enterprise will provide employment for 800 people. It is planned to organize the delivery of employees from the city of Korablino and other settlements.
