“We ask you to coordinate with the prosecution authorities and carry out unscheduled inspections and (or) other control (supervisory) activities with the subsequent withdrawal of counterfeit and unaccounted for products from circulation and the involvement of those responsible persons to responsibility," the letter addressed to the HEAD of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for the city of Moscow, Elena Andreeva, says.
According to the information from the letter, buyers regularly find expired (expired) and damaged goods due to improper storage on sale in the stores of the network. In addition, the network is negligent about sanitary and hygienic standards.
