Specialists from the Krasnoyarsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Grain Quality Assessment" remind us that to prevent pathogenic microorganisms from entering finished products, as well as food poisoning and gastrointestinal diseases, catering establishments, retail chains, processing plants, and manufacturing facilities are required to conduct not only laboratory quality control of finished products, but also regular production monitoring with careful monitoring of critical points on production lines.
it should be noted that the samples were submitted to a testing laboratory for testing before the products were released into circulation. Test reports containing the results were provided to the product owners so that they could take measures to prevent the introduction of pathogenic microorganisms into the products and to prevent contamination of the manufactured products during the manufacturing process.
