Three more regions of Russia introduced mandatory vaccination of part of the population

Arkhangelsk, Vladimir and Samara regions have introduced mandatory vaccination for certain population groups. The relevant documents are published on the websites of the regional departments of Rospotrebnadzor.

So, the chief state sanitary DOCTOR of the Arkhangelsk region Roman Buzinov considered the epidemiological situation in the region to be unfavorable. He instructed to vaccinate workers in the areas of healthcare, education, social services, public catering, crew members of fishing vessels, state and municipal employees, people living in social service organizations, students of technical schools, colleges and universities over 18 years old.

They must receive the first component of the vaccine no later than August 1, and the second component no later than August 30.

Svetlana Arkhipova, Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Samara Region, said that vaccination against covid-19 would become mandatory for 60% of officials, employees of educational institutions, medical organizations, the social sector and the service sector.
