Extra MILK production in Astarte exceeded 95%
The share of extra milk production at the plants of the Astarta agricultural holding reached 96%. This is stated in the message of the company on the FACEBOOK page.
Astarta has been developing dairy farming almost since its inception, has 22,000 heads of cattle and produces 96% of extra-grade milk,” the report says.
In December 2019, the share of extra class milk in Astarta reached 80%.
Astarta is a vertically integrated agro-industrial holding operating in the Poltava, Vinnitsa, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions. The holding includes eight SUGAR factories, agricultural enterprises with a land bank of about 250 thousand hectares and dairy farms. In 2014, the holding commissioned a soybean processing plant in the Poltava region (LLC Globinsky Processing Plant).
