Vaccines for the prevention of poultry diseases have been tested for absence of contamination with avian influenza viruses, infectious laryngotracheitis and bronchitis of chickens, Newcastle and Marek's diseases. Vaccines for the prevention of swine diseases were tested for the absence of contamination with Aujeszky's disease, African and classical swine fever viruses, as well as porcine circovirus type 2.
The study of vaccine samples using the PCR method confirmed the absence of undeclared viruses in vaccine preparations selected as part of the random control program for immunobiological medicines.
