When taking 10 samples of dairy and MEAT products, it was found that 4 of them did not comply with the established technical regulations. For example, vegetable fats were found in dairy products from companies in Saratov and Kemerovo, and poultry DNA was found in meat products from the Domashnie Pelmeni company, although beef was declared. All non-compliant products were seized and destroyed by the owners. As a result, 332.5 kg of meat and fish products, as well as 215 liters of dairy products, were removed and destroyed from the Svetofor retail chains. The Mayak store lost 10.2 kg of fresh-frozen fish. Currently, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration is working to bring the guilty parties to administrative responsibility.
