For reference: bovine leukemia is a chronic infectious disease that is asymptomatic or manifested by lymphocytosis and malignant formations in hematopoietic and other organs and tissues. The disease is transmitted from mother to offspring in utero, with blood cells during childbirth, through MILK and colostrum. Another method of infection is contact of sick or infected animals with healthy ones, including through joint grazing or natural insemination by bulls infected with the leukemia virus. Citizens are strongly advised not to buy milk and dairy products, as well as MEAT from street vendors. A permit must be issued to sell such products.
