"The detectives tied all the facts together - the handwriting was too similar. They understood that if the thief was not stopped, the thefts would continue. On the night of November 21, the criminal jumped over the fence into the territory of the house on Kotovsky Street and stole 4 wheels from the car. On the same day, a 38-year-old Gomel resident was detained.

Against the city dweller, criminal cases were initiated on the facts of thefts committed repeatedly. The Department of Internal Affairs noted: earlier the man was convicted 14 times for theft. Over the past two years, he was brought to administrative responsibility 15 times - mainly for drinking ALCOHOL, petty theft, intentional infliction of bodily harm, violation of traffic rules and ticketless travel.
