The Molodechno District Department of Internal Affairs received a signal from a local college teacher that a 16-year-old girl had not arrived at the dormitory at the specified time. The party participants were two adult boys who boughtALCOHOL . The evening continued in the apartment of one of the young people. After drinking 16 liters of beer, the teenagers decided to continue the party and went to the store, where they were spotted by police officers.

As a result, law enforcement officers drew up reports against two adult boys for involving minors in antisocial behavior. Administrative protocols were issued against three teenagers for drinking alcohol in a public place. Parents will be held accountable for violations committed by the youngest participant in the party, and a protocol has been drawn up for failure to fulfill child-rearing responsibilities.
